The Wedding!

The wedding was on January 4th, 2008 at the Salt Lake Temple and it was warm and sunny for all the picture taking. It was pretty much a perfect day for a winter wedding! Their reception was a Eldredge Manor in Bountiful. The had a dessert crepe buffet...mmmm...my favorite!

Janna and Tyler in the class "leaving the temple" shot.

Always have a get a "stopped right in front of the doors" shot, too!

The parents and grandmas and grandpas.

Me and Wes at the reception. Their colors were black, white, and red.

Of course we had to change Wes' diaper during the reception, so of course we had to take an embarrassing picture of him and his little chunky thighs. :)

Cutting the cake!

The groomsmen and Tyler. Craig is on the left - he and Tyler were best mission buds in France and that's how Tyler and Janna met.

Wes el explorador.

Janna with her bridesmaid, Naomi, who caught the bouquet.

" Aren't we done taking pictures yet?" After an evening of being gracious and happy talking to a bunch of people you've never met. This is why we only get married once. :)

The Wedding Dinner

Here are a couple of pictures from Janna and Tyler's wedding dinner. It was on Friday, January 3rd and they had it at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in downtown Salt Lake with a great view of the temple!

The Wes trying to turn around in his high chair...and looking like a little stud in his tie.

Wes with his Uncle Craig.

The happy couple: Tyler and Janna.

Traditional Pictures

I'm still catching up, but we're getting there! If you missed the swimming pics from yesterday, then you should check them out...they're pretty cute.

Of course we had to take the traditional "cousins" picture before we left. I think we learned from this round that we need to take the pictures when the kids are ready, not when we're ready. They always make for good memories either way!

Mitchell, Ryan, and Wes in their matching firetruck pajamas from Grandma (and Grandpa) Swensen. With the waffles, of course...

Wes testing out his waffle. This is a common sight when he tries table foods. I just feel lucky if I don't have don't have to clean up throw up. :/

The first attempt at getting a standing cousins picture.

Then we tried the stairs. This was the best of the bunch! :)
