Random Pictures from January 2014

Here are all of our random pictures from January!

We borrowed this walker to help Ruth learn to walk. She has loved it.

Brian and Wes went to Dart Warz as part of a school event.

After Brian finished shoveling our driveway, Sydney wanted to do a service and shovel our neighbor's driveway.

She so wishes she was a big kid and could go outside a play in the snow with her sister.

Ruth crawls over to Brian's office door multiple times a day. She knows that she can push it open if he accidentally forgets to shut it all the way. I think it's fun for both of them.

Some days Ruth tries really hard to get out of her stroller during our walks to and from school. Thank goodness for stroller seatbelts!

Brian and Wes finally got around to building the rocket that Wes got for his birthday back in April.

Getting ready to launch the rocket at the park.

Off it goes!

Brian and Ruth.

Date night: watching my nephew, Nathan, play at the Eagle High b-ball game.

Sick baby got to bring her PJs, pacifier, and blanket grocery shopping this day.

For some reason Ruth loves putting stuff on her head. She put this mini blanket on her head at least a dozen times. She was 11 months this day!

Apparently the bag of flour was not closed properly…

Sydney had a preschool field trip to the fire station. They actually got called out while we were there so our tour ended early. Sydney's in the shadow.

We went to Idaho Falls for MLK weekend. We went out to eat at Chuck-a-Rama and Wes used his gummy bears as action figures.

Celebrating Uncle Kirk's 57th birthday in Idaho Falls!

We also got to meet our newest nephew/cousin, Owen!

Wes, Sydney, and Ruth with Great Grandma and Grandpa Swensen. They sure took great care of us while we were there!

How many spoons does it take to feed a baby her applesauce? This night it was four.

Date night ended up being free this night thanks to SUPER slow service at dinner and a free gaming voucher to Big Al's. I guess we did pay for the babysitter and milkshakes after, but not a bad deal!

Ruby's "Potty Party".
