El Perfecto Pushup-o

My latest budgetary dillema involves my trying to justify to myself shelling out the $30 on ebay to buy this cool gadget. (http://www.perfectpushup.com/) These grips actually rotate on the ground as you're doing your pushup, so as to work your shoulders more, with less strain. Because, I don't know about you dear reader, after knocking out a couple hundred bad boys before bed, my shoulders do feel a little tweaked.

Does anyone have these? Or know anyone that does? Are they worth it?

Everything's Bigger...

Well, I'm going to indulge myself by using our milestone 100th blog entry to post pictures of only myself. Sorry parents and grandparents that are looking for pictures of Wes...

Last weekend I was fortunate to spend the weekend in Texas. Yes, the adjective "fortunate" has direct correlation to the temperature. I went for three reasons: 1) check out the University of Texas at Austin, 2) Do an informational interview with a financial planner in Dallas I've built a relationship with, and 3) spend some time with my good friends Brandon and Lisa who live in Dallas. It was a great trip, and I learned a lot.

Here are a few pictures...
Very nice b-school, and very friendly. So friendly, that if you're not a Texas native, your tuition doubles (school motto: "Welcome y'all! Bring your wallets!")

Everything is bigger in Texas, ESPECIALLY their football stadiums. Hook 'em horns!

My best friend Brandon (and his wife Lisa, taking the picture) played chauffer, butler, chef, and entertainer for my trip. I highly reccomend Mann family hospitality if you're in the area of North Dallas.
