Winter Break in Utah

The kids had a week off of school in February, so we took a trip down to Utah.

Our first morning was Valentine's Day at Grandma and Grandpa Hanks' house. The kids had a couple of gifts from me and Brian.

Ruth was happy with her heart suckers!

Cousin Brooklyn and Claire.

Baby girl sneaked her first taste of candy this day (she was a week away from 6 months old). I put a candy bracelet on her wrist and, in true Hanks form, the candy found its way to her mouth!

Part of all of the grand-children's Christmas present was a Super Hero Party put on by Grandma Hanks. Wes' special super power was his marshmallow shooter.

Ruth's special power was a giant snowball.

Party treats!

One night, we met some of Brian's high school friends to go bowling.

Ruth watching Minnie's Winter Bow Show that she got for her birthday.

Apparently Claire really wanted a BYU onesie. That must be why she had a blowout while we were walking around BYU's campus this day.

We spent one night at my sister, Angie's house where we celebrated Mardi Gras.

Lanie and Ruth had a great time playing at the water table at the Museum of Natural Curiosity at Thanksgiving Point. Ruth loved the water and would have played there all day!
