Wes and Sydney both had their well-child visits last week - Sydney for 6 months and Wes for 2 years. Wes is more and more aware of what's going on and what's coming. As soon as the nurse came in with the needle basket he started freaking out and saying, "No! No! No!" Luckily, he (narrowly) escaped a shot this time, but he has to get another one in 3 months at Sydney's 9 month check-up. He also has to get his weight checked again because he's a little on the small side!
Here are their stats:
Weight: 23.66 lbs. (6th%) - He gained less than a half pound in 6 months; the doc was a bit concerned about it so we went back to whole milk and no juice.Height: 33.86 in. (36th%) - He grew an inch in 6 months, but dropped from the 65th%.
Head: 19.06 in. (43rd%) - This is up from the 27th%...I guess it's all the words he's learning!
Weight: 16.53 lbs. (58th%)Height: 28.23 in. (99th%) - She's about grown out of her infant carrier length-wise. Crazy!
Head: 17.01 in (69th%)
